Crystal Wilson, Speaker

Crystal Wilson is a strong people leader whose life purpose is to serve the world’s most vulnerable by connecting them with life-changing resources. Guided by her passion for Christ, entrepreneurial mindset, and dynamic leadership style, she currently serves as Director of Global Resource Development at Compassion International, where she leads global and multicultural fundraising strategies.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from University of Michigan and began her career in the automotive industry. During her 15-year tenure, she led high-performing PR and marketing teams and played a key role in shaping major brands including Cadillac, Lincoln, and Nissan.

Crystal was licensed to preach the gospel at the age of 24. She launched and led a young adult ministry under the leadership of her father, Rev. Dr. David L. Roberson, Senior Pastor of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, serving in that capacity for over five years. She has also held several leadership roles within the local church, including serving as Director of Children’s Church at Life Changers International Church.

In addition to her professional and ministry leadership, Crystal is a co-founder of THRIVE!, the Compassion Employee Resource Group for moms—created to support, connect, and empower working mothers within the organization.

The most important assignment in Crystal’s life right now is that of wife to Cameron Wilson and mother to Cameron Ray (14) and Christian David (11).

Rev. Dr. Jessica Kendall Ingram, Speaker

Rev. Dr. Jessica Kendall Ingram is a respected preacher, teacher, spiritual director, author, and church leader whose ministry spans more than four decades. Following her retirement from active denominational leadership in the African Methodist Episcopal Church in 2021. In 2022, she founded The Ingram Difference Spiritual Renewal Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to spiritual formation, leadership development, and the renewal of clergy and laity. She's also founder of the L.I.F.T. Women Resource Center in Detroit, Michigan, serving over 30,000 women who were survivors of domestic violence and substance abuse in 2003.

Known for her vibrant preaching style and commitment to the spiritual growth of others, Rev. Dr. Ingram has devoted over 45 years to leadership in the church, with a particular passion for mentoring, empowering, and developing women in ministry. She has planned and led major conferences, convocations, retreats, and leadership gatherings for women throughout the United States and internationally, including Chicago, Detroit, Dallas, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Cape Town and Kimberly, South Africa.

An accomplished author, Rev. Dr. Ingram has written three books: A Journey in the Experience of Prayer, Still on the Journey, and The Journey Inward. She has also served as an adjunct professor at Ashland Theological Seminary and Ecumenical Theological Seminary.

Rev. Jessica is a charter member of the Epsilon Psi Chapter (1966), of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. Presently she serves as the Chaplain for the Detroit Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta. Her educational preparation includes a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri, a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Saint Louis University, a Master of Religious Education degree from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry degree from United Theological Seminary. She is also a trained Spiritual Director through the Colombiere Center in Clarkston, Michigan. Rev. Dr. Ingram and her husband, Bishop Gregory G. M. Ingram, recently celebrated 49 years of marriage. Together they have one daughter, Jennifer Eman Jeanne Ingram, and two beloved granddaughters, Jayda and Gabby.

Through preaching, teaching, spiritual direction, writing, and leadership development, Rev. Dr. Jessica Kendall Ingram continues to inspire individuals and communities to deepen their faith, embrace their calling, and live lives of purpose and spiritual transformation.
