PLEASE NOTE:

 We understand that plans can change. While we do not offer monetary refunds for event registrations, we do provide flexible options under the following policy:

Non-Refundable Registration Fee: Upon registering for Sabbath Retreats, a non-refundable fee of $200 will be applied. This amount is retained by The Sabbath Retreat to cover administrative and processing costs and will not be refunded under any circumstances, even if a transfer or credit request is approved.

Transfer & Credit Policy: You may transfer your registration to another individual no later than May 31, 2026. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. These requests must be made prior to May 31, 2026.

Pay In Two Option: For the two installment option, the first installment will be debited during registration. The second payment will be automatically debited exactly one month from the date that you made your first payment. Payments must be complete by May 31, 2026.

Transportation: Please note that transportation is not included for this year’s retreat. Attendees are responsible for their own transportation.

No Changes/Transfers/Refunds Within 45 Days of the Sabbath Retreat will be permitted. All registrations become final at that point and are considered non-transferable and non-refundable.
